Cortex Location Now Open
The newest Wasabi location in the Cortex Innovation Community is now open. The new 4,300 square foot space is adjacent to the Aloft Hotel on Duncan avenue in Cortex. Cortex Opening Mid-December
The newest Wasabi location in the Cortex Innovation Community is slated to open December 2020. With great support from the City of St. Louis, this project continues to stay on schedule. The team from Spiegelglass Constructions and MIDAS Hospitality Group have worked seamlessly with Wasabi Sushi Bars to bring the freshest sushi in St. Louis to the Cortex district. Clayton Location Moves To Centene
The Clayton location of Wasabi Sushi Bars is now on Centene’s Campus. The new location is almost three times larger than the previous Clayton location with outdoor dining, takeout and delivery available. This will allow Wasabi Sushi Bars to better serve more of the Clayton community.

New Cortex Location
Wasabi Sushi Bars is excited to open a new location in Cortex in fall 2020. This partnership between Wasabi Sushi Bars and Midas Hospitality will bring a new dining option to the Cortex district next to the recently opened Aloft Hotel.
The Cortex has many projects underway that will add housing, offices, and more making it a perfect fit for Wasabi Sushi Bars to provide the freshest sushi in St. Louis to more people.
